Welcome!

It is my honor to be the eighth leader of The Miami Valley School. I came to MVS in 2023 after a long career in independent school education primarily because I was impressed with how The Miami Valley School has been a thought leader in education since its founding in 1964. We are a school that values each student’s unique gifts and talents. We challenge, engage, enrich, and empower students in a supportive environment to help each child become their best self. We do this by intentionally designing a learning environment that supports student learning, resilience, and growth.

While many schools will claim to do this, our Immersion approach is what makes us stand out. As a parent, I have personally seen how this immersive learning approach has transformed the learning for each of my three children. I encourage you and your family to visit us to see for yourself!
